I’m Cyprus Celebrant Rosie Anstey, a professional Celebrant, Lady Toastmaster, and Master of Ceremonies. I’m based in both the UK and Cyprus, and available to travel worldwide for destination weddings and events.
I create refined, beautifully personal ceremonies for clients who value elegance, discretion, and a truly bespoke experience.
I’ve travelled extensively and worked with clients from many cultures and backgrounds. Therefore, I bring a global perspective and a deep understanding to my role. I understand how to honour traditions while creating something entirely your own.
My Approach
I have a background in corporate presentation, counselling, and clinical hypnotherapy. I bring calm confidence, exceptional listening skills, and a reassuring presence to every occasion.

I’m also a professional Toastmaster and member of The Guild of International Professional Toastmasters. I offer a seamless service, meaning your ceremony and entire day can be guided with precision, elegance, and ease.
