It is wonderful to receive positive and moving messages from the couples I have performed a ceremony for. Every ceremony is unique, as is every couple I have the honour to work with.  I want my couples to say “Our ceremony was the best part of our wedding day,” just like Alisha and Tony, because that means I have done a great job for them.

From the time I receive an enquiry, I am fully invested in making sure my couples have the best wedding ceremony, and just the way they want it. I am blessed to work with clients from every walk of life.  That’s what makes my life so interesting. I absolutely love meeting new people and helping to make their dream day happen just the way they want it.

I listen to my clients, understand who they are, and what they want. My job is to take all that information and write a unique and memorable ceremony for them, that is about them. I write a first draft and send it to the couple. They have the opportunity to edit it before I write the final ceremony.  That way, they are 100% happy with every word I am going to say on their day.

Because I want to make their ceremony the best part of their wedding day, I offer optional special elements to the ceremony that make the day memorable for everyone.  These include unity elements, which include family members. I love to include children in the ceremony so they feel part of the day. 

I do enjoy it when we can add some humour to the ceremony, because the guests really enjoy that and it keeps everyone engaged. Every couple has a story, and it is my privilege to tell theirs and engage their guests.
