I work alongside your planner, venue and suppliers so everyone knows what they’re responsible for and when they’re needed.

On the day, I keep things moving and make decisions when plans change.

If your church ceremony or civil ceremony runs a little late, I am on hand.
I will update the drivers, let the reception venue know when to expect your guests, and give the musicians a revised cue.
You can stay right where you are and enjoy your celebrations.
You have the peace of mind of knowing I am handling everything so you can relax and have fun.

A Professionally Qualified Toastmaster to Host Your Wedding Day

I’m also a professionally qualified Lady Toastmaster and a Fellow of the Guild of International Professional Toastmasters (F.G.Int.P.T.). You can book me as your Wedding Day Director and Master of Ceremonies so I can host your celebration and manage it behind the scenes. Furthermore, as a Professional Wedding Day Coordinator, I ensure seamless transitions throughout your event.

I’ll welcome your guests, guide them through the day, and make all your wedding announcements.
That includes introducing your entrance, inviting guests to take their seats, introducing the speakers and announcing your first dance.
Before I make an announcement, I make sure the people involved are ready.
When I invite you onto the dance floor, your photographer is in position, and your DJ or band has the cue.
