- wondering whether everyone is where they are supposed to be.
My role is to take the plans you have created and bring them to life.
Before your wedding, I work with you to understand your plans and create a clear timeline for the day. I then timeline your day and liaise with the people involved so that everyone understands how their part fits into the bigger picture.
Then, on the wedding day itself, I take control of the flow.

As your Wedding Day Director, I do more than simply coordinate.
I orchestrate the day.
Oversee timings and communicate with your venue and suppliers.
I guide your wedding party and guests, manage transitions, and make sure each important moment is ready before it happens.
- When something changes — as it often does at a live event — I adjust the plan.
- If a supplier needs an answer, they come to me.
- When someone needs to be somewhere, I make sure they are there.
- If the timeline needs to shift, I handle it so your guests never know.
The objective isn’t to make your wedding feel rigid or over-managed.
